My fruit jams are made fresh while fruits are in season, and many are picked locally such as chokecherries and rhubarb. I'm fussy about what kind of peaches I use for my jam, only Colorado's for me, simply amazing flavor!

Folks that like a bit more spice move on up to the japonensis中国东北老人. That one is a bit too hot for me but it's got plenty of zing for those who like the heat. My ghost pepper jelly is simply a blast of delicious, flavorful smoky ghost pepper flavor and a slow and sneaky heat that makes many tear up and sometimes cough but the delight in their eyes tells me they are going to buy a jar or three!
